Tenvoorde Ford is looking for an outgoing, drivenMobile Service Advisorwho wants to grow our fleet and commercial service business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys meeting business owners and fleet managers, winning their trust, and turning conversations into lasting customer relationships.

Our mobile service team brings vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers at their businesses and job sites. Your job is to find opportunities, earn the business, and coordinate the service that keeps their vehicles working.

What you’ll do

• Seek out local fleets, contractors, and commercial businesses that could benefit from mobile service.
• Meet with decision-makers, learn how they use their vehicles, and recommend services that fit their needs.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build recurring business.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians, parts, and service details.
• Keep customers informed and make sure we deliver on our commitments.
• Help shape how we grow the mobile service department.

Who we’re looking for

You’re comfortable walking into a business, introducing yourself, and asking for an opportunity. You can sell, stay organized, and follow through. Experience with automotive service, fleet accounts, or business‑to‑business sales is valuable, but your initiative and ability to build relationships matter most.

This position offers room to grow into management as the department expands. We’re looking for someone who wants that opportunityandis excited to do the selling and coordination that will help create it.
