Bergey’s Truck Center, located in Ephrata, PA, is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge communication between customers and our mobile service team. This role focuses on building positive customer relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

The position requires the ability to discuss warranty issues, schedule maintenance, prepare accurate repair orders, and explain costs to customers. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims.
• Monitor warranty schedules and posting of credits.
• Advise customers about necessary service and maintenance.
• Identify mechanical problems via questions, inspections, or road tests.
• Prepare and review repair orders with time and cost estimates.
• Explain work performed and charges to customers.
• Gather vehicle data and milestones for service fulfillment.
• Greet customers, obtain vehicle information, and communicate progress.
• Drive vehicles for inspection when needed and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain service marketing programs and customer satisfaction.
