Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time driver patrol routes at a Corona, CA retail location. You will patrol the site, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and associates.

The role supports a dynamic, collaborative workplace with growth opportunities. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and background screening.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location, including sales floors and entrances.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns calmly and professionally per emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
