Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to store personnel and leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documenting daily activities and incidents.
