Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following campus protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with campus personnel and emergency responders.
