Security Site Supervisor

Location: Waco, Texas

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem‑solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensure operational quality
• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
• Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
• Ensure a professional, high‑performance work environment

What You Bring

• Six months prior of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory experience
• Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Guard Card
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
