Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Criminal histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of mall areas, parking, and exterior grounds to identify hazards.
• Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, wayfinding, and policy compliance.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
