As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests, tenants, and staff. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, exterior walkways, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Assist with access control, directions, and customer inquiries while maintaining professional communication with mall management, tenants, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
