Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document details, and communicate with site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and report issues.
• Support access control and visitor management in restricted areas.
