Job summary

Allied Universal’s Olive Branch, MS location is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Mobile Security Operations. You will monitor zones, perform routine patrols, support access control, respond to alarms, and deliver professional customer service to employees and visitors.

A visible presence helps deter incidents and maintain safety. Responsibilities include logging activities, coordinating with teams, and following site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

Reliable customer service skills and professional communication.
Ability to monitor and report security concerns during patrols.
Experience with access control and badge procedures is preferred.
Ability to operate a computer or tablet for log entries and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees and visitors while enforcing site policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following escalation protocols.
Document patrols and incidents in required logs and reports.
