Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; driving post.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a technology location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and entry points.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and deter unauthorized access.
