Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol in Olive Branch, MS. You will drive between locations, monitor alarm panels, control access, and deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors at a tech/telecom site.

The role involves routine patrols, incident reporting, and responding to alarms while following site procedures. Alarm panel or access control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Access control and badge handling preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report to leadership.
• Document patrol observations and communicate findings clearly.
