Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Monee, IL to safeguard clients across various industries at a technology-focused location. The role involves patrolling, maintaining a visible presence, reporting security concerns, and delivering excellent customer service.

A valid driver's license is required for the driving position. Salary is $19.75 per hour with a full-time schedule on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
