Job summary

Qualifications

• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Background checks and drug screening as permitted by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report irregularities to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document activities as required.
• Communicate professionally and maintain patrol logs and incident reports.
