Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Driver Patrol) for our Schaumburg, IL location. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. The role offers full-time schedules with a $20.00 per hour pay rate and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
