Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Driving Flex in Centennial, CO. This role uses our shift-pickup platform to claim openings and gain varied site experience across multiple industries.

The Flex Officer may handle irregular shifts with little notice and deliver professional security coverage on client sites. You will patrol, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and coordinate with authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if armed in some states).
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Effective oral and written communications; able to log incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and control access.
• Respond to alarms and contact police or fire department when needed.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
