Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Flex in Denver. The Flex Officer will patrol sites, respond to incidents, and help safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

You’ll use an exclusive shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts that fit your schedule, gaining diverse site experience. This role offers weekly pay, a $27.00 hourly rate, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.
• No prior experience required for some roles.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
