Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to service multiple client sites. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on your availability, building experience across various industries while supporting a dynamic team.

The role may require irregular shifts with little notice. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions.
• Control entry and exit points for authorized personnel.
• Observe and protect company property from theft.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors politely.
