Allied Universal is seeking a Security Flex Officer in Boulder, CO. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, gaining site experience across various industries, including healthcare and education.

You may be called to work irregular shifts with little notice, and weekly pay is offered. This role emphasizes safety, accountability, and customer service excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• 18+ years of age (21+ if armed in some states).
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper access controls.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
