Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required in accordance with applicable laws; may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions and security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rules and deter loitering or other infractions.
• Control entry points and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe arrivals/departures to prevent theft; ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as needed per site orders.
