Responsibilities

• Food preparation, presentation and service, overseeing meals for students and staff while ensuring compliance with USDA guidelines.
• Back-of-house responsibilities including inventory control, order placement and end-of-month reporting.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, schedule hours, address conflicts and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain open communication with the Area Supervisor and participate in department meetings and DEI activities.
