Cherry Creek Schools is seeking a Kitchen Manager III to oversee kitchen operations and ensure nutritious, appealing meals in a clean, caring atmosphere. You will supervise staff, enforce food safety and sanitation practices, and coordinate with the supervisor to meet program regulations.

The role requires developing kitchen staff, managing inventory, and supporting community relations with students and school clientele.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma.
• One year of professional work experience.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Proficient in English language.
• ServSafe certification within first year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Completes all duties of the Kitchen Manager while participating in customer service, including preparation, serving, cashiering, and sanitation tasks.
• Ensures health department sanitation standards and HACCP compliance for USDA and health regulations.
• Submits all food orders, inventory, requests, and production sheets to the central office as required.
• Supervises and trains approximately up to 8 employees.
• Delegates assignments and ensures timely completion while meeting food safety regulations.
• Drives and delivers to satellite locations as needed.
