Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to act as a brand ambassador, helping customers select the right technology solutions and building strong relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes learning and developing skills, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement to Mobile Expert. Candidates should be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States, with a High School diploma or GED and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
