T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates in a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping customers stay connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers.
• Team building: Desire to be part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team.
• Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; knowledge of systems and resources.
