Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to energize a high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices, and promote benefits while delivering outstanding service and cultivating relationships across walk-in customers.

You'll complete comprehensive training, learn products and systems, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving sales in a lively retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing products.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales activity, including referrals and Be Back follow-ups.
