Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. They will serve as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, educate customers, and drive loyalty while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 30 days Mobile Associate experience at T-Mobile.
• Preferred 6 months of customer service or sales in Retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers while delivering best-in-class service.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete T-Mobile in-store training and stay current on products and processes.
• Maximize shift time; learn innovations in wireless and technology.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels.
