Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will welcome customers, demonstrate devices and services, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma and prefer some mobile associate experience or retail customer service. The role is in-store with competitive pay and strong incentive potential including annual stock benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with customer service/sales exposure preferred.
• Ability to learn and use digital tools during customer interactions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer needs.

Responsibilities
