T-Mobile in the United States is hiring a Mobile Associate for National Sales partner locations. You will engage shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment, educate customers on wireless options, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services through solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions and upsell.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products and processes, and review promotions to stay customer ready.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support account setup.
