Job summary

T-Mobile in Mifflin Junction is seeking a Mobile Associate to create energy and excitement around our products within National Sales partner locations. This role involves engaging customers, leveraging tools for customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, some customer service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. In this position, employees earn an hourly base pay of $18 and additional benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition assistance, and employee stock grants.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
