Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team of Experts. You will learn to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and build relationships in-store and online.

This role includes hands-on product demos, customer education, and progression toward Mobile Expert as you train and grow within the team. Base pay and incentives are complemented by a robust Total Rewards package, including stock grants, an employee stock purchase plan, a 401(k), and access to money coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Able to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and progress to Mobile Expert role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product and service demos.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and educate customers on devices and plans.
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
