Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates in San Leandro, CA to join our Retail Team of Experts. This learning role focuses on uncovering customer needs, educating on devices and services, and providing hands‑on demonstrations to move up to Mobile Expert.

Base pay begins at $20.50 per hour with $5.00 per hour training pay. Training lasts up to 90 days, after which top performers may earn an annual incentive and stock grants. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Required)
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Demonstrate and explain digital tools and in‑store processes to customers and learn new skills to advance to Mobile Expert.
• Establish relationships across channels to resolve issues and hand off small business leads while supporting team initiatives.
