T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking motivated Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. In this learning role, you will assist customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions to individual needs while building expertise for advancement to Mobile Expert.

All team members receive competitive base pay plus training pay, with on-the-job training within the first 90 days and opportunities to participate in incentives and stock grants as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guide them through the shopping journey in-store.
• Demonstrate products and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide personalized device and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
