Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class experience.
• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store to complete shopping journeys.
• Demonstrate devices and services; provide personalized solutions and education.
• Use digital tools to explain coverage and plans and support training on in-store processes.
• Partner with teammates and other channels to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
