Job summary

Scrubs on Wheels is seeking a Mobile Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of its mobile retail store and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining brand presentation across events and locations.

Responsibilities include cash handling, event coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining organized store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Two+ years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and CDL-A endorsement.
• Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Operate and manage the daily activities of the mobile retail store.
• Drive the mobile store to scheduled customer locations and events.
