Job summary

Scrubs on Wheels is seeking a flexible Mobile Store Manager/Driver to oversee daily operations of the territory and provide leadership during absences. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure consistent execution of company standards across locations.

The role requires a CDL-A, strong retail experience, and the ability to travel within the US. You will set up mobile stores for events, manage inventory, and support new store openings while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Set up and prepare the mobile store before each event or sales visit.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and secure handling of company assets.
• Follow DOT regulation and compliance
• Coordinate all maintenance needed on the truck and trailer provided if needed during coverage.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory counts.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Merchandise products according to company standards and seasonal promotions.
• Process returns, exchanges, and transfers accurately.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• All other duties assigned by the supervisor.

The Flex Driver is a flexible Mobile Store Manager that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the territory as needed. This role provides leadership coverage during manager absences, vacant territories, supports new store openings, training new Mobile Store Managers and ensures consistent execution of company standards across all assigned locations. The Swing Mobile Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence while adapting quickly to different store environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Two or more years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL-A License) with a clean driving record
• Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mobile retail, event sales, healthcare apparel, or specialty retail.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to travel within the US.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to load, unload, and arrange merchandise.
• Ability to climb steps and work in a mobile retail environment.
• Frequent local travel with occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions while traveling and setting up the mobile store.
