Qualifications

• SIA DS or CP Licence is required.
• Full UK driving licence essential for travel.
• Experience in retail security, loss prevention or shrinkage reduction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs across deployments and conduct incident reviews.
• Analyse incident logs and body-worn camera data to identify gaps and drive reviews.
• Provide frontline support for high risk and complex deployments.
• Assist underperforming units to improve team effectiveness.
• Deliver data analytics, incident reviews and field support to drive operational excellence.
