Location: Mobile role (we are hiring nationally across a number of regions)

Hours: 45 hours

SIA DS or CP Licence required. Full UK driving licence also essential as this role requires you to travel.

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Elite Retail Security Support Officer to join our team.

This role is ideally suited to individuals who have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction. We are looking for confident professionals who can ensure operational best practice across the wider team, whilst providing valuable frontline support.

Your Responsibilities

As an Elite Security Support Officer, you will:

• Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures across all deployments and conduct regular incident reviews.
• Analyse incident logs and body-worn camera data to identify operational gaps and lead metric performance reviews.
• Provide frontline support for high risk and complex deployments.
• Work alongside under performing units to optimise team effectiveness.
• Deliver data analytics, incident reviews and field support to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Close Protection (CP) licence
• Previous loss prevention or retail crime prevention experience.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
• Acute situational awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A professional, smart, and highly presentable approach
