Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience.
• Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, lighting, storefront work.
• Conduct quarterly preventative maintenance walkthroughs.
• Identify potential failure risks and escalate when needed.
• Plan routes weekly to maximize efficiency and verify material availability.
• Respond to tickets within 24 hours and document diagnosis with photos and resolutions.
• Maintain organized vehicle inventory and participate in tool tracking.
