Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventative maintenance on building and store equipment across assigned locations. You will handle HVAC, lighting, restrooms, painting, signage, and pressure washing, reporting to Facilities Director.

Travel and overnight stays may be required to service multiple stores. A high school diploma is required; knowledge of building maintenance and store equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and convenience store equipment.
• Experience with general construction and building maintenance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Team player with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and preventative maintenance on building and store equipment.
• Repairs and maintenance activities (e.g., dumpster repairs, carpentry, floor/restroom repairs, lighting).
• Takes on special projects as requested by management.
• Travels and stays overnight as needed to perform maintenance.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
