Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Retail Display Technician – Mobile to independently install and service retail displays, security systems, and electronics at major retailers. This role offers weekly Sunday shift windows and opportunities for additional local tasks as needed.

You’ll merchandise, troubleshoot, document procedures, and support security installations while traveling to various store sites. A valid license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and on-site dexterity are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel locally to job sites as assigned (often on short notice).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and using hand tools with high dexterity.
• Comfort using mobile apps to accept assignments, track work, and submit documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols to protect people and environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service retail displays, security systems, and electronic components.
• Merchandise products according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and resolutions.
• Support installation and configuration of proprietary security systems.
• Collaborate with team to install components and ensure brand-aligned displays.
• Provide on-site support during openings, renovations, events.
• Transport and manage tools and equipment safely.
• Travel to locations using personal or rental transportation; comply with mileage guidelines.
