Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Retail Display Technician – Mobile to support installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic displays and security systems in major national retailers. This FLEX-ROC role lets you choose assignments that fit your schedule, with no guaranteed hours.

Travel locally to assigned stores, install and troubleshoot across displays, sensors, touch screens, TVs, and access control systems. You’ll document procedures and work via company apps in a fast-paced, independent,

Qualifications

Ability to travel locally to assigned stores on short notice.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets state requirements.
Comfortable using mobile apps to accept assignments and submit records.

Responsibilities

Install and break/fix retail displays, security systems, and electronics.
Merchandise products according to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Document installation procedures and issue resolutions via company platforms.
Support installation and troubleshooting of proprietary security systems following protocols.
Collaborate with team to install sensors, touch screens, TVs, and access control systems.
