Qualifications

• Ability to travel locally to assigned locations as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and using hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site and document procedures clearly.
• Proficient with mobile apps to accept assignments and track work.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute installation and break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronic components.
• Travel to multiple sites; perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as required.
• Merchandise products according to specifications and ensure displays meet brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; document configurations and resolutions.
• Provide on-site support during store openings, renovations, and events.
