Qualifications

• Hands-on problem-solver able to troubleshoot on-site.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools to accept assignments, track work, and submit documentation.
• Able to travel locally to job sites with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols to protect people and property.
• Adapt quickly to shifting client needs and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Install and break/fix retail displays, security systems, and electronic components.
• Merchandise products according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Document installation procedures and issue resolutions in company tools.
• Support installation and troubleshooting of proprietary security systems.
• Collaborate with team members to install components like sensors, touch screens, displays, TVs, alarms, and access control.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining appealing displays.
• Provide on-site technical support during store openings, renovations, and events.
• Safely transport, setup, and manage tools and equipment; adhere to safety guidelines.
• Travel to assigned locations using personal or rental transportation; comply with mileage policies.
