Job summary

T-ROC’s FLEX-ROC team is seeking a Retail Display Technician – Mobile to install, maintain, and repair electronic displays and security systems in major national retailers. This contract-style role offers independence, project-based assignments, and travel to various store locations.

You will independently execute installations, troubleshoot issues, merchandise displays, and document procedures using company tools.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining retail displays and security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for on-site issues.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to stores.
• Comfort using mobile apps and digital tools to document work.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronics.
• Merchandise products per specifications and brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Document installation steps, configurations, and resolutions in approved systems.
• Support installation and troubleshooting of proprietary security equipment under company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to install components like sensors, touch screens, and displays in-store environments.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory management, and keeping displays visually appealing.
• Provide on-site support during store openings, renovations, and events.
• Transport tools and equipment safely and manage travel to locations.
