T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize our retail partner locations and showcase the value of our wireless solutions. You will engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile products, and leverage digital tools to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Training begins with in-store onboarding; you’ll learn our processes, systems, and promotions while building relationships with customers and nearby store teams. Strong communication helps you exceed goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of products and services; onboard customers to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
