Job summary

Accendra Health in Champaign, IL seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide home visits and on-site care, set up oxygen and ventilation equipment, educate patients, and document care accurately.

You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and branch teams; travel 30–45 minutes to first stop with occasional longer routes; telehealth available when possible. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• IL RT license must be active.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use.
• Experience with oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP and ventilation equipment.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP and ventilation equipment setups during home visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Assess needs, document care and escalate concerns.
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers and branch teams.
• Operate respiratory care equipment and test performance.
