Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide mobile support across residential sites in Philadelphia, engaging with staff and residents to support daily programming and resident intake/discharge.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with related work, and are available for evening/weekend hours, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years' relevant experience, or higher.
• Experience supporting individuals recovering from homelessness or behavioral health challenges.
• Flexible availability for evening and weekend hours; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support, orientation, and recovery planning for new residents.
• Coordinate resources, referrals, and advocacy for residents in recovery, health, and employment.
• Lead group activities, meetings, and skills-building; assist with housing applications and discharge planning.
• Maintain resident records and serve as site lead when managers are unavailable.
