Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Part Time Support Staff 2 for the Inn of Amazing Mercy in Philadelphia, overnight Saturday and Sunday 12AM-8AM. You will assist residents with daily living, ensure safety, support crisis de-escalation, and maintain site health and community resources connection.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a ServSafe certificate within 90 days, and at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or homelessness services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site health and safety by controlling access and logging entries.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and de-escalate crises.
• Answer calls, take messages, and log in shift notes.
• Engage residents with respectful, recovery-focused engagement.
• Assist with meals and kitchen tasks and event housekeeping.
