Job summary

Numotion, the nation’s leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, seeks a hands-on Equipment Technician to support prep, repairs and warehouse operations. You will prep according to order specs, clean and label, route product and paperwork, and assist field technicians as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork, with duties in shop and in the field, lifting and moving equipment, and ensuring packing slips match deliveries. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in mechanical assembly and/or repair of mechanical or electronic devices.
• Familiar with both hand and shop tools.
• Detailed orientated.
• Possess good people skills.
• Ability effectively read maps.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities.
• Strong ability to assess ability and capacity of staff.
• Lifting, bending pulling and pushing of equipment.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep according to specification of order.
• Clean.
• Label with CTR stickers.
• Complete QA form.
• Attach delivery packet to paperwork.
• Route product and paperwork.
• Process requests as necessary infield and in shop.
• Manage warehouse and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in shop and warehouse.
• Clean and route incoming equipment and coordinate demo/loaner gear.
• Be sure all packages match packing slips and process packing slips.
• Perform in shop repairs and backup field technicians as needed.
• Repair and maintain durable medical equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Perform light assembly as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and professional conduct.
