Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Mobile Quality Engineer to own the test strategy for our React Native apps. You will build robust E2E automation, integrate with CI, and pioneer AI-assisted testing practices to accelerate authoring and reduce flaky tests.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure reliable releases, and shape the testing culture across mobile teams while maintaining a strong focus on test data, reporting, and coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Maestro or Detox.
• 2–3+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices with governance.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills for building helpers and tooling.
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile test strategy and decide where E2E makes sense.
• Build reliable mobile E2E automation and integrate with CI.
• Bring AI into the SDLC for faster authoring and coverage insights.
• Prevent defects by shifting left and reducing flaky tests.
